The ceremony will take place on top of the mountain at Deer Mountain Inn and will be outdoors, with a tent supplied to provide shade while guests sip on a signature drink waiting for the festivities to begin.

Our reception will be under a tent on the front lawn of the property.

We kindly request Black Tie attire. This means tuxedos for gentlemen and formal gowns for women. Several events during the weekend will require walking on grass or gravel, so please select footwear appropriately.

Due to venue restrictions, we are keeping our guest list small. If a plus one has been extended to you, it will be noted on your invitation and RSVP details.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out to relax and have fun with us!

Transportation will be provided. Sprinter vans will begin to pick guests up from the suggested hotels an hour before the ceremony begins to ensure everyone has been brought up safely and timely. Guests will be brought back down to the main lodge following the ceremony and back to the designated hotels once the evening has come to a close. Scheduled pick-up times and locations to follow. Please note, you cannot drive yourself to the ceremony venue and must take one of the sprinter vans provided.
